What is the maximum file size I can upload?

The maximum file size you can upload is 16mb. If you're still having difficulties uploading your assignment or would like to submit a larger file, please contact your tutor.

Here at Aquarius Training & Development, we prefer to make recommendations based on the needs, personal situation and ambitions of the individual candidate. In doing so, we help ensure that the course or qualification you choose delivers the results you desire.

Which file formats am I able to upload?

For security reasons, we've restricted file uploads to the most commonly used formats including .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .gif.

I've forgotten my CMI, ILM or City & Guilds membership number.

Most awarding bodies require candidates to include their membership number at the top of all assignments. If you've forgotten yours, you can always contact the ILM, CMI or City & Guilds direct. Alternatively, why not email your tutor?

I'm can't find or access a particular document or other resource.
